Our West Central Board of Directors, headquartered in Grand Island, provides leadership, strategic guidance, and local engagement to help expand CHAD's impact in communities beyond Omaha and Lincoln. Supporting this work is our State Leadership Council, a network of volunteers representing communities across Nebraska who serve as ambassadors for CHAD—building relationships, connecting employers, and advancing our mission throughout the state.
