CHAD partners with United Way of the Midlands to raise funds which continue to help prevent, manage and improve health outcomes to combat the risk of poverty.  This partnership helps fund the critical missions of CHAD’s 24 health agencies that affect so many Nebraskans. CHAD’s member agencies also work in collaboration with many of the United Way of the Midlands funded programs to provide support as necessary. Dollars that fund research for cures and provide education on prevention of chronic disease are desperately needed to reduce this major cause of poverty.
